True Motives Sports (TMS) is created to be a virtual assistant coach to help ease the load of a coaches’ day to day. Owned and operated by a former Head Coach and Associate Head Coach, Michelle Smith, who understands what it takes to operate a successful sports program, (TMS) will provide services that would help coaches and their team prepare throughout the season and to help athletes get to the next level in their athletic career.
